Just after seeing the Swedish Royal Guard on horse making a parade around Kungsträdgärden, we were in a good mood! The weather was getting better over Stockholm (Sweden), a bit more sunny, and the Kungsträdgärden place is actually really beautiful by this time of the year, with flowers on the trees. It was a nice place for making few photo portraits! 

All photos were shot with Canon EOS 5D MKII and Canon 24-70mm 2.8 L USM, all of them treated with Adobe Lightroom 4.2.

Stockholm (Sweden) is the Venice of the Nordics

We spent a couple of days in May in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. What a beautiful modern and elegant city, with a mix of old and highly modern buildings. The city is very interesting to visit, and there are many things to do and to see for an extended weekend. Weather was still very fresh for end of Spring, especially on the boat! What’s really nicea about Stockholm is that you can take a little boat and see the city from the sea chanels that surround the city, and it’s actually a pretty nice and convenient transport to go from one shore to another (our hotel was relatively far from city by bus, but much closer by boat!).

What’s best for photo portrait, isn’t it? Here are few photos of the walk we had in the streets of this marvellous city of Granada in Andalusia, Spain! We really enjoyed it a lot! Granada, a pearl in Andalusia (Spain / Espana)

The city of Granada is marvellous: it’s of relatively small size and you walk through all streets in one day. It combines the old town (Albaicin) which is still very authentic and remains in good conditions, and the modern side of the city which is pleasant to live in. It’s also the home of the world famous Alhambra and Generalife, which are must see places if you are in the region of Andalusia (Andaloucia)! Here are few photos of a walk in the streets of Granada, which is probably one of the best souvenir we have from the trip in Spain! The lifestyle of Andalusia is really one of the best you can find in this great country of Spain!

Bangkok Dusit Thailand - 19 images shot with Canon EOS 5D MKII with Canon 16-35mm 2.8 L II USM and 24-70mm 2.8 L USM

Dusit place in Bangkok - a relaxing area to walk in a park

Dusit is located on the north of Bangkok, and has very beautiful parks, museum and zoo. Once unsual place for Asia is probably the Abhisek Dusit palace which very much looks like any castle in Switzerland or Austria, and which is a museum of traditional Thai handcraft art (Support Museum). The Dusit park is very nice, and it was surprising to find a collection of WW Wolkswagen Vans from the 60’s, probably there for some nice celebrations! There are also many varieties of exotic flowers which are really beautiful and render very well on photo!
