Thailand is a fantastic country, from Bangkok to Phuket, from Chiang Mai to the Bay of Phang-nga
I just went recently to Thailand, my first ever time in Asia! What a discovery I must admit, I was simply loving it from the first moment I get into the airport! Very modern, clean, welcoming, people smiling all over the country and fantastic life! This is the place to go for vacation! Every place in the country is great for photography, with very nice and warm colours, and good lighting conditions (closer to the equator line than Europe). Every street or place gives very nice opportunities to make good colourful and eye catching shots. Sun bathing on the beaches of Phuket, riding elephants in the mountains of Chiang Mai, visiting temples, making great shopping experience in the modern malls of Bangkok, experiencing great Thai massages, eating Asiand and Thai food like never before… a highly reommended place for you next trip!

Bangkok Street Life is animated, a pleasure for taking LOT of photos
The streets of Bangkok are full of life, people walking, having fun, smiling at you, driving motobikes in the heavy traffic jam, waiving at Tuk Tuk, taking modern sky metro, eating Thai food on the sidewalk, … I’ve found it particularly inspiring, despite the fact it was about 40 Celsius degrees with 95% humidity! Very safe city (at least where we’ve been!) and pretty clean, we had lot of pleasure walking through the street of Bangkok. We also met some unexpected situations, like the 8 cheerleaders in the metro while waiting the storm rain to stop! Or the Erawan Sanctuary on the crossroad of very heavy streets, where girls dance in traditional costume… Or you can also jump in a speed long tail boat on the river, taking you where you have no clue!

We were living in the modern downtown area, in Ratchaprasong, in a big tall skyscraper building in one of the busiest street of Bangkok, few minutes by the Sky Walk from the great malls of Siam Paragon, Central World Plaza and MBK. The architecture of Bangkok is very interesting, from the very modern tall buildings in the business and commercial side of the city (East) to the more historical and traditional area of Great Palace of Wat Phra Kaeo or Dusit.

Don’t miss to visit the photos of Wat Phra Kaeo and Grand Palace in Bangkok - a must see!
